Membership is capped at forty so the bay is open when you want it — in January and in June. When the roster fills, the wait list runs in order.

No, and that is the point. The clubhouse is open every day of the year: leagues and events run all twelve months, the lounge is the easiest place in town to watch a major, and in July members play at 10pm when the course is closed. Most members find their summer usage as high as their winter.
